Situated in a historic building in the center of Zurich is the new bakery Jung by John Baker. The interior concept consists of four common building materials refined to enhance their most beautiful features.
Used were bricks without joints in between, glossy wood, chrome-plated steel, and sanded concrete on the floor. The glossiness of the wood reflects the brick wall and connects the room with the customer. The same type of wood was applied at the countertop and the benches in the grand windows that flood the room with light.
Outside you can enjoy your coffee and baked goods with a lovely view of the river Sihl and lake Zurich.
